CSSI provides a full compliment of estimating, design, value engineering and professional engineering services. Additional we provide turnkey labor and material supply for new construction. We provide engineer of record services for owners of new construction projects, and submittals of sealed layouts and calculations for general contractor and architectural review; on commercial projects. Our resources include numerous labor subcontractors who are chosen based on performance and experience with a particular type of construction. CSSI adds value to the supply chain by managing these resources and safely applying the right solutions to each project. By analyzing each set of drawings, clarifying conflicting information, providing missing information and documenting each issue through detailed RFI’s and pre-construction meetings; CSSI is able to identify the optimal solution for each project.
