The concept of sustainable construction practices is not limited to simply the supply of products that are manufactured from renewable resources. Sustainable construction practices incorporate a variety of strategies during the design, manufacture, delivery, erection, and waste disposal phases of the building cycle. CSSI concentrates on promoting a variety of products, practices, and policies that limit energy consumption and reduce the use of nonrenewable resources. CSSI employees, vendors and subcontractors partner to minimize the amount of waste created during mobilization and execution. CSSI has established a network of vendor partners that allow for locally sourced products. We can incorporate dimensional planning techniques that reduce the amount of material used in a given project. Our representatives are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic, and cooperate throughout the region to minimize travel.
